The aim is to build self esteem and self respect in the youth, thereby enabling them to build each others self esteem up and have respect for other people.
WEEK 3 MANAGE STRESS AND ANGER

From there the mentors can map the young person’s future step by step to help them achieve their dreams, whether it be progression to an apprenticeship, further education or employment. The monthly follow up for 12months after Youth Quest would ensure the young person is still on track to achieving their dreams.
